Starlit Fairy Tale Skirt

The size chart is inaccurate and the skirt runs small, even smaller than usual LM. The XS measured 10.5” across which will only fit a 21” waist. The size chart said XS would fit 23.5” and Small would fit 26”. My waist is 23” so XS should have been a perfect fit. But as you can see by the tape measure, it is too small. I had to exchange for a Small skirt, which also runs small and would not fit a 26” waist. The Small skirt fits me perfectly and is a teeny bit loose, I would estimate best for about a 24/24.5” waist though I have not measured the Small. SO… SIZE UP!! Aside from that, I do wish the color was a brighter purple. It is a dull greyish color. And no matter how much you steam it or how careful you walk, the tulle clumps and sticks together. If you have the Blue Lily Gauze Skirt, the sizing fits the same, but Blue Lily’s tulle is soft and never clumps together tomehow. The tulle of Starlit clumping together may be the deciding factor in me parting with this skirt, it is just very bothersome for me.

Beautiful colour and great quality. Love it. Same sizing as Blue Lily Gauze Skirt. Large fits well. My waist is 28in (for the record my mum not myself in the photo as it arrived while I was away, we're different waist measurements, but just to show you the style when it's worn).

This skirt is so cute and flowy. I love the way it moves and the volume of the tulle! I’m wearing a size large in LM my usual size.
