Refund & Exchange Policy

We have a 7-day return & exchnage policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return & exchange.(For example. The tracking information shows which delivered in 10th,you could request a return & exchange before 18th.)

Matters need attention

1. To be eligible for a return & exchange, your item must be in the same            condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. Please note that all accessories, and items marked ‘SALE’ , Gift Card and Custom order are non-returnable. We do not accept returns if there is a visible stain, marks, smears, tears, or any damage to the returned & excahnge item(s).

3. It's important to note that shipping costs are not covered by LaceMade if you just don't want, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.

4.  To start a return, you can contact us at info@lacemade.com. If your return & exchange is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5.  If order is in free shipping, Return one of items(not all) ,when we refund, we will deduct 5$ from refund of item. (Only charge one)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping costs
We will only bear the shipping fee due to quality problems and our mistakes. If you don't want it, please pay for the shipping .

If you just don't like or want it, we won't bear the shipping fee.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Usually, you will receive a refund within 3 to 5 business days of receiving your returned item.
