Refund & Exchange Policy

We offer a 14-day return & exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. (For example, if the tracking information shows delivery on the 10th, you may request a return or exchange by the 24th.)

 

We support order cancellation before your order has been shipped. To cancel, please contact info@lacemade.com.

 

After your order is refunded or cancelled, the funds will be returned to your original payment method within 1-3 business days.

Important Notes

1. Return Condition: Your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

2. Customs Duties: Postage and any applicable taxes incurred from the return or exchange are fully borne by the customer. Otherwise, after 30 days, the package will be automatically returned and additional storage fees will be incurred.

3. All accessories, items marked "SALE", Gift Cards, and Custom orders are non-returnable. We do not accept returns if there are visible stains, marks, smears, tears, or any other damage to the returned or exchanged item(s).

4. If you are returning an item simply because you do not want it, LaceMade does not cover the shipping cost. We recommend using your local postal service for the best service and tracking ID.

5. To start a return, you can contact us at info@lacemade.com. If your return or exchange request is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

6. Once your application is approved, you should ship the returned items within 7 days. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all tags, packaging, and accessories.

 

Damages & Issues

If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Shipping Costs

For returns due to quality issues or our mistakes, we will bear the return shipping fee.

If you are returning an item simply because you do not like it, please pay for the return shipping yourself.

 

For orders of 10 items or more: If returns exceed 50% of the order quantity (inclusive) due to customer preference:

Return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

A $3.5 handling fee per item will apply.

 

Customs & Taxes

We will only bear taxes incurred due to quality issues or our mistakes. Postage and any applicable taxes incurred from the return or exchange are fully borne by the customer.

 

 

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically returned to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Typically, you will receive your refund within 3-5 business days after we receive your returned item.
