1. Processing Time
· In-stock items: Shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed during holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
· Pre-order items: Estimated shipping time will be provided but is not guaranteed. Actual shipping time shall prevail. If your order includes pre-order items, the shipment will be dispatched once all items are available.
2. Shipping Time
· Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 7–14 business days after shipment (excluding remote areas).
· Express Shipping: Delivered within 3–5 business days after shipment.

3. Order Modification / Cancellation
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@lacemade.com or reply directly to your order confirmation email.
· If the order has not been shipped, we will gladly assist you.
· If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please contact us after receiving the package.
4. Shipping Origin
Our warehouse is located in China. Once your package arrives in your country, it will be delivered by the local courier.
5. Special Countries
· Turkey: Please provide the recipient’s ID when placing the order and cooperate with customs clearance. Any loss caused by failure to cooperate will be borne by the customer. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
Customs clearance in Turkey requires the recipient to log in to : online brokerage portal system and follow up on the customs clearance themselves.
After the package arrives in the destination country, you need to proactively contact the logistics provider to inform them of the customs clearance method. The local authorities may also contact you and send you a customs clearance link via SMS/email to facilitate the process.
There are usually two customs clearance methods: self-clearance or clearance through a third-party customs broker.
Self-clearance: Generally, there are no additional fees, and the recipient just needs to cooperate according to the official requirements.
Third-party customs broker clearance: Taking UPS as an example, you can contact a third-party customs broker designated by the local UPS to provide a notarized authorization letter to handle formal customs clearance. This clearance method involves additional fees charged by the customs broker.
· Saudi Arabia: Please provide a short address code when placing the order.

7. Shipping Issues
Please note that once the package is handed over to the carrier, delivery is managed by them. Not all situations are within our control. Customers are responsible for tracking and receiving their packages.
· Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 21 days after shipment.
· You may purchase Shipping Protection at checkout for faster claims processing.
1) Shipment Delays After Dispatch
After shipment, it may take 1–2 days for the package to enter air transit. If tracking does not update for more than 3 days, please contact us at info@lacemade.com.
2) Customs Clearance Delays
Some packages may be inspected by customs, which may cause delays of about 1 week. Please cooperate with customs. If delays exceed 7 days, contact us.
3) Delivery Failure Due to Customer Negligence
Customers are responsible for incorrect information such as address, phone number, or recipient name. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.
If you notice incorrect information, please contact us immediately with your order number and correct details.
8. Duties & Taxes
Under normal circumstances, we cover standard import duties. However, in special cases where additional duties are required, the customer will be responsible.
9. Damaged or Lost Items
If your package is damaged or lost, please:
· Clearly note the issue on the receipt before signing.
· Contact us within 2 business days.
· Keep all damaged packaging for inspection.
· Take photos of the damaged items and packaging.
