This dress was the perfect choice for my prom

This dress is so dreamy and elegant and somehow also comfortable!! I wore it to my bridal shower and it exceeded all expectations. When I saw it I knew I had to have it and it really did make my bridal shower feel like a fairytale 👑 I bought xl and it was a bit loose (tied corset as tight as I possibly could) but that could also explain why it was so comfortable. I 1000% recommend. I received a ton of compliments on it, for good reason!

The dress is super pretty, but I should have ignored the reviews saying it was true to size. Sadly, I ignored my gut to size up and listened to the reviews, and it’s too small. Because I didn’t want to pay to ship it back to China for an exchange, I’m just going to either alter it myself or get it altered and hope it’ll be done in time for my event.

i wore this for prom, so i didnt have time to get a second one a size up when i ordered the wrong size! the dress was absolutely stunning and very high quality, though. i did also put some petticoats under to floof the skirt a bit, but it looked fine without them

im 120 lbs and just over 5′1″, with a D cup. Im usually a small to medium, so i got a medium after seeing dresses tended to run small. i needed a large, as it fit beautifully except the rib cage, since there was no give in the fabric, and the back isnt open under the lace up corset. i couldnt get the zipper past my waist. a very skilled seamstress managed to alter it, but the sizing issue still stands. besides that, even off my body the zipper often got stuck.
