Israel

Due to the outbreak of conflict between Israel and Iran on February 28, Israeli airspace has been temporarily closed.

Current impact:

  • Flights to Israel scheduled before March 3 have been cancelled.

  • Collected shipments will be held in our warehouse until flights resume.

  • Local customs clearance and final delivery services are unstable, which may result in transit delays.


Middle East

Due to ongoing regional conflict, airlines have cancelled multiple flights to the Middle East. Service resumption remains uncertain.

Country-specific updates:

  • UAE (Abu Dhabi & Dubai): Delivery services suspended.

  • Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Jordan: Delivery currently operating, but delays may occur.

  • Flights to Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Jordan have been cancelled. Collected shipments will be stored in warehouse until flights resume.


Europe (Nordic Region)

Due to transit route disruptions through the Middle East, several airlines have adjusted operations.

Shipments to the Nordic region — including Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, and the Baltic states — are expected to experience 2–3 days delay.


Romania, Hungary, and Argentina

Orders shipped to Romania, Hungary, and Argentina may require customer assistance with customs clearance. Local customs authorities may request documents such as payment proof, order confirmation, order value details, or an ID copy. In some cases, customs duties or import taxes may apply and must be paid by the recipient.
